新鴻發美食
Estabelecimento Comidas San Hong Fat

特色豬扒芝士蛋菠蘿包,菠蘿包面的甜味脆皮,將傳統豬扒包的味道與質感帶到一個全新的檔次,一試難忘。
The crispy Pineapple Bun with Pork Chop, Cheese and Egg takes it up a notch.
豬扒包餡料加入炒蛋及芝士,吃起來除了保留到傳統豬扒包的惹味之外,更多了一份三文治味道。

位於街角的新鴻發咖啡美食,外表並不起眼,內裡卻暗藏乾坤,如非美食專員提醒,很容易當作一般茶餐廳漏掉。來這裡必試特色豬扒芝士蛋菠蘿包,顧名思義,豬扒包以菠蘿包特製,外脆內軟,香甜而不帶油膩感,非坊間使用普通餐包可比。餡料方面,除了豬扒外,店家還特別加入香濃奶酪和炒蛋,吃起來相當有層次感,口感比傳統豬扒包豐富得多。

問到為什麼會有這種做法,原來是源自一些常客喜歡自選配料,後來這款美食大受歡迎,店家便乾脆把它加進餐單,讓其他人都可品嚐。

美食專員推薦另一道滋味主食:焗鮮茄豬扒飯。簡簡單單一道茶餐廳尋常菜色,吃起來卻一點都不尋常,單是獨特的鮮茄醬,酸酸甜甜且濃度剛好,質感有如半融的乾酪一樣,入口飽滿鮮甜。散發濃香的焗蕃茄鋪在飯上,肥美多肉且入口酸甜醒胃,加上鮮嫩的酥脆炸豬扒,讓人一試便欲罷不能。

吃過鹹點想來一客甜點,美食專員當然又有好介紹─正宗厚多士。這多士的厚度,至少有八至十公分,絕對配得上“ 厚”字。雖然麵包很厚,但外面蛋醬塗得十分均勻,整塊多士都金黃鬆脆、散發著蛋香。切開一看,內裡滿滿的花生醬,加上香口牛油及無限添加的楓糖醬,令鬆軟的厚切麵包每一處都沾滿令人無法抗拒的滋味魔力。

Estabelecimento Comidas San Hong Fat is easily to be missed as just another tea restaurant without the food specialist’s reminder. The Pineapple Bun with Pork Chop, Cheese and Egg is a must-try. The bun,unlike the usual butter roll that other restaurants use, is crispy outside and soft inside. It is sweet but not overpowering. The pork chop is complemented with rich cheese and scrambled eggs, which also enrich the texture.

The combination originated from the restaurant’s regular costumers.As it became more popular, the owner added the item to the menu to make it more accessible.

Another recommended dish is the Baked Pork Chop Rice.The restaurant has transformed the typical dish into a delicacy. The homemade tomato sauce has the right balance of acidity and sweetness and a consistency of half-melted cheese, which tastes substantial and fresh. The tomatoes are spread across the rice and complement the deep fried pork chop well. The dish is simply addictive.

For dessert, the food specialist recommends the Thick French Toast. Even with a thickness of 8 to 10 cm, it is evenly coated with an egg sauce. The toast is golden and crispy, and filled with peanut butter.It is further enhanced with butter and unlimited maple syrup on top.

狀如其名的超厚多士,厚度差不多達十公分,難得的是蛋醬炸得均勻,整件都鬆脆可口。厚多士配上楓糖漿和牛油,絕不會有乾巴巴的感覺。

松苑麵家
Loja de Sopa-Fitas Chung Iun

如果想吃得清淡一點,也可以跟隨美食專員坐專車到附近的松苑麵家,試試這裡有名的淨雲吞。別以為雲吞只屬尋常小吃,原來製作相當講究,從餡料、雲吞皮到湯底,不僅要用料新鮮,還要有熟練的包餡技巧,才能做出上乘的雲吞。

松苑出品的雲吞,皮薄餡靚,餡料採用新鮮蝦仁製作,肉質爽口彈牙,蝦味夠濃,一咬下去就嚐到真材實料。而雲吞皮亦做得薄而通透,皮尾長度剛好,不會拖泥帶水,大小亦適中。另外值得一提的是它的湯底,大地魚湯鮮味香濃,清甜少油,加上些許蔥花平添幾分清香,上桌熱氣騰騰,當成清湯直接喝亦滋味十足。一湯匙清湯加上雲吞,一口一顆吃下去剛剛好。

For a lighter meal, follow the food specialist with the limousine to the nearby Lojade Sopa-Fitas Chung Iun for its famous wontons. They may look simple but great skills and fresh ingredients are required to make good ones.

The wontons has thin skins and rich in the stuffing. Fresh shrimps are used and the stuffing tastes flavourful and springy. They are of good size and the soup carries the fragrance of flounder fish. The spring onions on top further enhance the flavours. The best way to taste the dish is to scoop some soup and a wonton with a spoon and eat them together.

Serradura

地道葡式甜品又怎少得木糠布丁?這種源自葡萄牙的甜點,葡文名稱為“ Serradura ”,正是木糠布丁專門店沙度娜的店名由來。沙度娜木糠布丁所用的奶油十分綿軟,奶味濃郁,即使經過低溫冷凍,質感依然幼滑。至於表面由餅乾打成的“ 木糠”,顆粒幼細而平均,基本呈粉末狀,經逐層冷凍後,搭配凍忌廉一起吃,甜而不膩,質感豐厚。

款式包羅萬有,有原味、巧克力、碎果仁、芒果綠茶等等,來這裡必試三色木糠布丁,上層原味、中間是芒果,最下層則是藍莓,三種口味集於一身,口感層次豐富。

The shop is named after the famous Macau dessert Serradura – or sawdust pudding – made with whipped cream and crumbled Marie biscuits. The cream is rich and soft even though it was kept at a low temperature. The biscuits crumbles,like sawdust, are of even size and finely crushed. The cream and the crumbles are layered in a cup, resulting in a rich texture. The pudding is sweet but not too heavy.

There are plenty of flavours for customers to choose, such as original,chocolate, crushed nuts, mango and green tea. The tricolour one is a must-try.Its top layer is the original flavour, the middle one is mango and the bottom one is blueberry. The three-in-one experience is irresistible with a rich texture.
