澳門星際酒店傾情打造中華傳統美食之旅,繼去年的「八大名菜」推廣獲得熱烈迴響後,今年將再次以此題材呈獻一系列美食活動,藉由「懷舊古菜」、「地道風情」及「鮮蔬珍菌」三大美食主題帶領各路饕客一窺中國飲食文化奧秘,探索傳統正宗美味。自即日起於星際酒店的蘇浙滙、風味居、丹桂軒以及珍味館都可品嚐到。

Continuing with last year’s success, StarWorld Hotel Macau will further embrace its gastronomy experiences with the return of Eight Great Chinese Cuisines this year to amaze culinary connoisseurs who will reminisce through a thousand years of culinary splendors and authenticity through three phases of promotion: Heirloom Recipes, Authentic Dishes, Seasonal Vegetables and Mushrooms at four distinguished outlets including Jade de Jardin, Feng Wei Ju, Laurel and Sensations at StarWorld Hotel Macau.

 

3月至5月份,賓客們將能品嚐到以「懷舊古菜」為題材之特色菜餚。由大師級主廚團隊帶來跨越歷史,匯聚南北各地的中華古法料理,一品古人的飲食智慧與講究。新鮮天然食材、中華美食秘方以及菜餚後的歷史故事,每個細節都在為客人打造極致的舌尖之旅。

Kicking-off the promotion with the theme of “Heirloom Recipes” between March and May, guests will experience a journey of time-honored Chinese dishes that are crafted by our talented culinary chefs. Derived from the freshest and natural ingredients, diners will be able to indulge the most authentic and detailed cooking recipes that represent China’s local culture.


風味居 Feng Wei Ju

擅以麻辣香料帶出食材鮮味而聞名的米芝蓮兩星餐廳風味居,將呈獻兩道令人驚豔的湘川美味。湘西香辣啤酒鴨選用肉質風厚米鴨,加上多種辛辣香料及啤酒燉煮,鴨肉柔軟細嫩,香辣滋味濃而不膩,充分體現湖南人的豪邁。追求新奇熱辣體驗的美食達人們亦可以選擇品嚐川味魚香蝦球,以泡椒等各種民間秘方,為蝦球打造出多層次的味蕾享受。

Two-Michelin-starred Xiangchuan restaurant Feng Wei Ju will wow guests with two traditional dishes. The Beer-stewed Duck with Assorted Chilies is a reflection of local customs while embodying the old spirit of the Hunan people. For a sweet, fiery surprise, the Sautéed Prawns with Chili and Garlic features an assortment of fine ingredients from Sichuan that will tantalize discerning diners’ taste buds.

蘇浙滙 Jade de Jardin

蘇浙滙向來以品種豐富、口味地道且獨特的江南水鄉美食及菜式見稱。其中不容錯過的是酥炸烏參脆面,這道菜式重新演繹了蘇式傳統麵食,取材高檔烏參佐以高湯煨煮,繼而猛火炸脆,口味鮮美,口感酥脆。此外,浙江沿海地區盛行的另一經典菜餚煙熏油泡東海醃黃魚也不容錯過,選用浙江人喜愛的新鮮醃製黃花魚,並以老茶葉、時令蔬果等食材稍微煙熏,打造難得一嚐的珍貴佳餚。

Guests can discover a wide array of Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisines at Jade de Jardin to provide guests a unique take on Chinese gastronomy. A must-try dish is the Deep-fried Sea Cucumber with Crunchy Noodles, a recreation of Suzhou’s classic noodle specialty that presents an arousing taste of premium sea cucumber braised in broth and deep-fried on top of crispy noodles, creating a rich and unparalleled texture. In addition, guests can savor the flavors of coastal Zhejiang’s Sautéed Smoked Yellow Croaker, a locals’ favorite of freshly marinated yellow croakers with smoked tea leaves, fruits and aromatic vegetables, a rare and heavenly delight.

堅持打造傳統粵菜的丹桂軒亦推出廣東傳統地方名菜金華玉樹雞。選用皮脆肉彈的清遠走地雞、金華火腿和新鮮時蔬等頂級食材,匯聚出色澤豔麗,清香濃郁的粵菜精髓。

While staying true to its origin and offering the most traditional Cantonese cuisine, Laurel delivers a well-known and traditional cuisine. This prime recipe is prepared by using top quality ingredients of free-range chicken, Jinhua ham and fresh vegetables for passionate Cantonese cuisine experts.

珍味館  Sensations

珍味館將為食客們帶來福建、山東以及安徽地區的經典菜餚,使用獨特食材創造頂級料理。其中包括福建馳名寧德煮黃魚,使用福建人最愛黃魚及烹調方式────將魚與青蒜、豆豉一起炮製出獨特的閩式美味。而源自孔子故鄉山東的孔府一品鍋,則讓饕客們將鮑魚、鮮蝦和魷魚等珍貴食材“一煲打盡”。具有兩千年歷史的安徽傳統名菜八公山豆腐,精選嫩滑如脂的豆腐佐以鮮美秘製醬汁,看似簡單樸實,卻有深厚極致的美味。

Sensations will reinvent rare but premium dishes of Fujian, Shandong and Anhui by using unique ingredients to create truly premium dishes. Begin with the Pan-fried Yellow Fish with Green Garlic and Bean Curd, Fujian’s beloved yellow croaker pan-fried with green garlic and cardamom. Continue with Shandong’s luxurious seafood casserole that was created in honor of Confucius by a Qing Dynasty emperor, the Braised Abalone, Shrimp and Cuttlefish Casserole. Lastly, the Stir-fried Bagongshan Tofu is a traditional Anhui classic with two thousand years of culinary history. The carefully designed deep-fried tofu dish is topped with a secret sauce, finishing with a texture of crispy on the outside, yet superbly soft inside.
