在新年來臨之際,澳門大倉酒店才華出眾的行政總廚林彰, 將呈上獨具季節色彩的日式美饌 — 晚間「新春會席」。供應日期至 2 月 3 日。

「新春會席」晚餐包括:京都聖護院蘿蔔、鹿兒島和牛、蟹肉三文魚子壽司飯、冬季水果、抹茶配丹波栗子羊羹。料理均採用源自日本本土當季的有機食材。

This New Year, our gifted Executive Chef, Akira Hayashi, will embrace the seasonal Japanese cuisine by presenting “Shinshun Kaisek Set-Dinner”. Available Date: now to 3 February.

This multi-course includes Simmered Shogoin Radish and Kagoshima Beef, Rice with Crab and Salmon Roe, Seasonal Winter Fruits and Chestnut Yokan and Macha. These feature seasonal ingredients from Japan including naturally grown vegetables.
