澳門喜來登金沙城中心大酒店的家庭式意大利餐廳「班妮」於3月2和3日舉行週末意式市集,延續「意」想不到的誘人美食之旅,探索意大利境內最富裕地區之一的艾米利亞 – 羅馬涅。位於意大利東北部的艾米利亞 – 羅馬涅,以創意產業和美食而享負盛名,肥沃的土地生產了如意大利雲吞和帕爾馬火腿等最具代表性的意大利菜餚。這個位於波河河谷的高農產量地區同時亦是巴馬臣芝士和陳年黑醋的源產地。

在每月第一個週五及週六舉行的意式饗宴,餐單由「班妮」的行政副總廚Luca Pecorari悉心設計,展現揉合了傳統和現代元素的意大利經典菜式。三月份以艾米利亞 – 羅馬涅地區為主題的餐單精選包括意式芝士火腿雲吞配蘑菇奶油醬、酥炸海鮮配香辣茄醬、傳統艾米利亞雞湯意粉、意式慢烤乳豬等一系列特色佳餚,並配以精心挑選的優質美酒,讓賓客享受一頓富意國地道風情的盛宴。

Bene Food & Wine Mercato moves from Veneto in the south to the northeast region of Emilia-Romagna. On 2 and 3 March, the Sheraton Grand Macao’s Italian trattoria will explore the cuisine of one of Italy’s wealthiest regions. Located in northeast Italy, Emilia-Romagna is renowned for its creative industries and gastronomy. The fertile land has produced some of Italy’s most iconic dishes, from tortellini pasta to prosciutto di Parma. Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar also originate from this productive region in the Po Valley.

Hosting an Italian feast at the start of each month, Luca Pecorari, Bene’s Executive Sous Chef has curated a special menu for March to highlight the region’s best cuisine. The splendido selection includes Tortellini Dumpling stuffed with Parma Ham and Parmigiana, Deep Fried Seafood with Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce, Traditional Emilian Hen Broth and Slow Roasted Piglet in Romagna style, all expertly paired with perfect wines.
