由2018年3月6日至22日,「山里」誠意獻上「季節懷石料理——月見懷石料理」晚餐定食。晚餐定食包括:三文魚子配豆腐皮,蛤蜊真丈清湯,八寸(稻荷壽司,大船煮豆 紅蘿蔔 梅煮沙丁魚,腐皮卷平目魚,炸蠶豆夾蝦蓉),季節三拼刺身,烤馬鮫魚配蛋,煮鹿兒島牛壽喜,蟹肉粥,時令水果以及抹茶配栗子黑豆糕。這創意十足的美味料理中,您必可以感受到那令人沉醉的早春氣息。

Yamazato is delighted to present seasonal Kaiseki “Kagetsu” set-dinner from 6 to 22 March, 2018. The seasonal Kaiseki set-menu includes Tofu skin with salmon roe, Clear soup with clam cake, Hassun (Sushi wrapped in fried tofu, flat fish wrapped with tofu skin, simmered soy beans and sardine with plum, deep fried broad bean with shrimp), Sashimi of three kinds of seasonal fish, Grilled skilfish with egg, Kagoshima Beef Sukini with Spring Vegetables, Congee with Crab, Seasonal Fruits and Chestnut Cake and Blak Beans Served with Maccha. The creative presentation and the taste sensations gives you an experience the flavors of early spring.
