澳門美高梅盛事餐廳於四月每個週末再次推出深受歡迎的原條黃鰭吞拿魚自助晚餐,並同時加入各國的美食元素,精心炮製多道不同國家的吞拿魚菜色,美酒佳餚定能大快朵頤。

四月逢週五、六及日,盛事餐廳限定供應原條黃鰭吞拿魚。餐廳只選用以環保方式捕捉的新鮮空運黃鰭吞拿魚,每條重達約40公斤,以精巧刀工即切即品嚐甘香鮮甜的吞拿刺身。其他特別推介的佳餚包括「日式炙燒吞拿魚」、「吞拿魚配日式蛋黃醬」、「吞拿魚薄片」、「吞拿魚尼斯沙律」、「吞拿魚雞尾酒杯」、「吞拿魚意粉」及「越南春捲配吞拿魚」等,熱愛吞拿魚的您必定不能錯過!

Ahi Tuna (also named a Yellowfin Tuna) is renowned not only for its delicious meat and oil, but also for its versatility. Rossio in MGM Macau where has sustainably sourced only the finest giant tunas, at approximately 40 kg each, to be served in a variety of ways. The whole tuna will be deftly trimmed and sliced at the live carving station with special techniques to ensure that best sections are served. Whether served sashimi-style or seared, the Ahi Tuna will make a star appearance on the dining table, including Tuna tataki, Tuna cured with Japanese mayonnaise, Tuna carpaccio, Nicoise salad, Tuna cocktail, Baked tuna Pasta, Vietnamese fresh spring roll with tuna, etc.
