家庭美饌套餐
澳門瑞吉酒店「雅舍」餐廳將於3月26至4月2日期間推出八道菜家庭美饌套餐。一系列滋味菜式包括烤威靈頓牛柳、紅椒粉香煎海蝦、阿拉斯加蟹肉配干邑蟹子奶油,為舌尖帶來前所未有的極致享受。

復活節週日早午自助餐
於4月1日由中午12:00至下午3:30,「雅舍」餐廳為賓客準備了豐盛的復活節週日早午自助餐,賓客將可品嚐琳瑯滿目的新鮮海產、多款龍蝦菜式、優質肉類及現場烹調的特色佳餚,另提供多款澳門特色美食及令人垂涎的甜點。絕對是與摯愛親朋共享受愜意週日的時光。

復活節悠然下午茶
瑞吉酒吧將於3月28至4月4日期間提供節日下午茶點。賓客可享受一系列精選茶點,包括鵝肝雞肉卷配香橙醬、海膽流心蛋、西班牙風乾黑毛豬火腿配松露和牛油多士,以及酒釀櫻桃法式乳酪撻等。

Family Sharing Set Dinner
Available between 26 March to 2 April, the 8-course Easter Family Sharing Set Dinner is the perfect degustation menu for 4 persons. Highlights from the menu include the roast beef Wellington, sautéed live prawns with garlic and paprika, as well as the dressed Alaskan crab served with apple, coriander, cognac and crab roe cream.

Easter Sunday Brunch
This Easter, The Manor continues the longstanding tradition of Easter Brunch, by offering a sumptuous range of the freshest seafood, lobster-themed dishes, prime meat, “Macao Inspired” gourmet delights and a medley of desserts, the perfect way to celebrate this festive season with family and friends. Easter Sunday Brunch at The Manor is available from 12:00pm to 3:30pm on 1 April.

Easter Afternoon Tea
The St. Regis Bar offers an exclusive Afternoon Tea set to celebrate the festivities featuring savory treats – foie and chick roulade with orange compote, sea urchin with molten egg, Jamon Blazquez ham and truffle with toast, butter as well as mouthwatering sweets– fromage blanc tartlet with griottines, chocolate mousseline cake and strawberry tartlets with vanilla pastry cream and an assortment of chocolate delights. The Easter Afternoon Tea Set will be on offer at The St. Regis Bar from 28 March to 4 April.
