A vibrant, al fresco dining festival for afternoon tea, happy hour and dinner, right under the Eiffel Tower, Joie De Vivre Festival allows visitors to enjoy a crafted selection of cuisine and world-class entertainment including Live jazz band while taking in spectacular views of the Cotai Strip. Food sections included Picnic in Provence afternoon tea, Freshly shucked French oysters, Provençal favourites fresh from the BBQ, seafood brochettes (skewers) with rouille Provençal sauce, lamb cutlets and grilled octopus, Signature Parisian waffles with lavender ice cream and candied chestnuts, etc.
The festival is being held alongside another celebration of French cuisine and wine that takes place in Macao and Hong Kong, Le French GourMay. Restaurants are presenting an authentic taste of the South of France, focusing on the region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur throughout May. Offering a truly immersive experience for guests to discover and indulge in the cuisine of the second most visited region of France, spanning from the southern Rhône Valley to the Mediterranean coastline, The Parisian Macao has curated a sublime array of food, wine and entertainment.
