當中包括大堂區及花王堂區,您選定行程後,即有專人引領搭乘專車,吃遍該區的隱世食店。
As the UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, Macau embraces a variety of culinary culture for its top cuisines and traditional street food.
The specially designed “Authentic cuisine tour of Macau” by Sun Travel has a total of 7 routes in different districts, including Freguesia da Sé
and Freguesia de Santo António. Once you have decided the route, a food specialist will show you around the stores with delicacies by
private limousine to experience the food culture in the city.

潘榮記的減蛋金錢餅以炭爐火、生鐵烤模人手烤烘,即點即做。與一般手信店的金錢餅不同,潘榮記金錢餅沒有添加人工香料,蛋味自然,口感鬆脆。為加強金錢餅蛋香,製作時只用蛋黃、不用蛋白,故名為“減蛋”,味道與別不同。

Pastelaria Pun Veng Kei’s quiche is a hand-made cake baked in iron mold over charcoal fire. Distinct from general stores, the shop avoids adding artificial flavors and only uses egg yolk as its material to ensure a natural and crispy taste.

美式餅廊出售的傳統酥皮蛋撻,色香味俱全,剛出爐熱氣騰騰,散發濃郁蛋香,酥皮香脆可口,少油,帶點輕輕牛油味道。而內餡是精華所在,表面帶一層超薄蛋膜,裡面意想不到的幼滑,就像布丁一樣,入口蛋味十足,甜度適中。

別看馮記是個小攤,那一小鍋滷得啡黑的薑醋汁,可是街知巷聞的極品。鍋中放滿優質薑塊,以老闆家傳秘方慢火滷煮,酸甜開胃,放入雞蛋、豬皮、豬腳、豬腸、豬耳浸滷5至10分鐘,盡收薑醋精華,入味通透,吃一口就無法停下來。

Do not judge by the space of Fung Kei since the local regard it as the best. Fill the pot with high quality gingers and sweetened vinegar, stew the eggs, feet, pigskin, intestines and ears with the secret recipe for 5 to 10 minutes, and here you get the delicious dish.

新安樂園咖啡美食鮮味香口緬甸魚湯粉

A Fish Based Broth with Rice Noodles

三盞燈是緬甸華僑的聚居地,素有“ 小緬甸”之稱,這裡的緬甸美食相當有名,其中新安樂園的魚湯粉,更是必嚐之選。魚湯以足料剝碎魚肉熬製,配以黃薑、香茅等香料,魚香四溢,再加入緬甸河粉及油條充分吸收魚湯,吃起來略帶淡淡辛鹹,味鮮而不膩,充滿東南亞風味。

Rotunda de Carlos da Maia is known as “Little Myanmar”, the Burmese food store San On Lok Un serves customers with the Southeast Asian flavor rice noodles which absorb the soup base made from shredded fish with spices such as Tumeric and lemongrass.
