澳門巴黎人推出限時菜單慶祝「法國五月美食薈」

巴黎人法式餐廳
於2018年5月1至31日期間,「巴黎人法式餐廳」推出「法國五月美食薈」的四道菜套餐,並由法餐行政主廚Daniel Brolese悉心炮製一系列普羅旺斯蔚藍海岸大區的傳統風味美饌。套餐於午餐及晚餐時段供應,令人垂涎的菜式包括鴨肝及無花果凍批、蔬菜湯伴羅勒醬、嫩煎龍蝦伴鱈魚餅及朝鮮薊以及由普羅旺斯空運而來的特選芝士。您亦可選擇來自此地區的特選佳釀搭配美食,包括Côtes-de-Provence、Baux de Provence以及 Bandol等葡萄酒。

另外,「巴黎人法式餐廳」更推出以普羅旺斯野餐為主題的法式下午茶套餐,並以野餐籃作裝飾,把多款精緻甜品及鹹點放於在內,感受普羅旺斯的悠閒。尋找正宗法式娛樂的您則會愛上在整個5月逢周五及周六晚上的「悅享週末夜」,在享用法式凍肉及芝士拼盤及法式焗蝸牛等經典法式小食的同時,欣賞現場演唱以及傳奇法國卡巴萊表演者Edith Piaf風格的音樂。

巴黎人自助餐
今個5月,在「巴黎人自助餐」的主廚Guillaume Gully帶領下,前往普羅旺斯的薰衣草田及晶瑩剔透的蔚藍海岸盡情體驗。自助晚餐以原始的食材及這兩個地區最著名經典菜餚為賣點,包括尼斯沙律、番茄香料湯燴海鮮配蒜香法包及松露滑蛋。餐廳內藍白紅的佈置更為用餐環境增添多一分法式節日氛圍。

Brasserie
Starting from 1 – 31 May 2018, Brasserie is offering a four-course set menu showcasing Executive French Chef Daniel Brolese’s interpretation of traditional favourites from the famous Provence and Côte d’Azur regions. The menu is available for both lunch and dinner, with highlights including foie gras and fig terrine, pistou soup, lobster barigoule and an array of unique cheeses brought in direct from Provence for diners to discover. Guests can also pair dishes with a unique selection of wines from the region, including Côtes-de-Provence, Baux de Provence and Bandol.

Meanwhile an afternoon tea themed Picnic in Provence is served in a charming picnic basket with sweet and savoury delicacies. And those seeking authentically French evening entertainment will love the Supper Club, held every Friday and Saturday throughout May for eight evenings only. Enjoy live singing and cabaret featuring the music of legendary French performers such as Edith Piaf, accompanied by Gallic classics including charcuterie and cheese, escargots de Bourgogne and more.

Le Buffet
During May, take a journey to the lavender hills of Provence and the crystal blue Mediterranean waters of the Côte d’Azur with Le Buffet team led by Chef Guillaume Gully. The dinner menu has been redesigned to feature the pristine ingredients and classic recipes that have made these two regions famous, including salade niçoise, Marseille bouillabaisse and brouillade de truffes. Blue-white-red bunting at the restaurant will add even more of a festival feel.
