澳門巴黎人的巴黎人法式餐廳最新推出法國地方菜單,由即日起至2019年11月30日期間限時推出「波爾多之旅」美饌。

The Parisian Macao’s signature Brasserie restaurant has launched a sublime French regional set menu, ‘A Journey to Bordeaux’, available from now to 30 Nov, 2019.

波爾多堪稱美食天堂及世界葡萄酒中心,出產世界上部分最優質的肉類、海鮮、蔬菜和葡萄酒。巴黎人法式餐廳使用最新鮮的食材,讓您的舌尖遊走最正宗美味的「波爾多之旅」。

Bordeaux is a culinary paradise, offering some of the finest meat, seafood, vegetables and wine in the world. Using the freshest ingredients, Brasserie’s new regional menu offers a delicious and authentic taste that must be experienced.

這次新推出的四道菜套餐呈獻波爾多最佳的風味佳餚,價格為每位澳門幣498元+,當中特色菜餚包括波爾多阿卡雄灣生蠔配新鮮覆盆子汁;酥皮鴨肝派配梅洛紅葡萄酒汁;法國綠扁豆湯伴油封鴨肉;烤波士頓龍蝦伴雜菌及馬鈴薯慕絲配松露汁;烤美國牛柳、牛骨髓及牛臉肉醬配乾蔥紅酒汁。此外,餐廳更為賓客推介榛子蘭姆酒慕斯蛋糕或精選法式芝士作餐後甜點,為美食之旅劃上完美句號。

賓客更可選擇多款來自波爾多的精選葡萄酒搭配美食,以杯裝或瓶裝供應。

Bringing the best of Bordeaux, the new four-course set menu is priced at MOP 498+ per person and includes an appetiser, soup, main course and dessert. Highlights are Arcachon oysters with raspberry dressing, duck foie gras pâté in puff pastry; green du puy lentil soup with duck confit; grilled Boston lobster on ceps and roasted US tenderloin with bone marrow and beef check parmentier. The meal is rounded off with hazelnuts dacquoise with rum sultanas bavaroise and praline mousse, and selected French cheeses.

To accompany this feast from Bordeaux, guests can choose some of the wines from the region, available both by the glass and bottle.
